The cornerstone of the AppleShed Gallery is the artwork of gallery owner Connie Williams. Connie created the gallery on the foundation of being a very successful artist with numerous awards, shows and publications. Her artistic attention to detail is found throughout the AppleShed. The other artists the AppleShed represents and the vast range of furniture and home decor items all relect Connie's superb sense of descriminating taste.

Connie's own artwork reflects a wide range of subject matter, media and techniques. Her favorite medium always remains watercolor, but she is never afraid to experiement with mixed-media compostitions, always pushing the artistic and compositional boundaries. Her very strong sense of design is quite evident in so much of her artwork, as well as her country upbringing in the rural ranching and fruit growing area of Cedaredge, Colorado.
